250 Fremont is a 6-story, 358 unit ground up multifamily development located just west of Downtown Minneapolis. The unit mix will include studios, one-beds, one beds plus den, two beds and walk-up units. The campus style community will feature an oversized amenity deck with pool, cabanas, natural landscaping, yoga area, bark park, “work-from-anywhere” spaces, and a skyline rooftop deck with secluded terraces. The project is on track to commence construction spring 2022 and open for residents early 2024.
